The community of Arizona Traditions is in Surprise, Arizona. The Gated Community offers a small community feel but offers big community attractions. There are 1700 homes in the community. The amenities in the community are amazing and include something for everyone. The 20,400 square-foot clubhouse is the central hub for the community and many activities. It boasts a 700 person ballroom, arts and crafts studios, a library and a modern fitness center.
Residents can enjou the outdoors in the communitie's three pools, a softball field, biking trails, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickleball and tennis courts. The 18-home Arizona Traditions Golf Couse was designed by Dick Baily and it winds thoughout the community giving a beautiful backdrop for many homes.
